These terms cover your use of Post Once which is operated by Sai Karthikeya Cherukuru. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree please do not use the service.
What Post Once does
Post Once lets you upload a video and publish it to Instagram and YouTube and TikTok accounts that you connect. It also offers a Claude connector so you can ask Claude to post for you.
Your accounts and the platforms
You must own or have permission to use every account you connect. When you post through Post Once you are also bound by each platform's rules. That includes the YouTube Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service. A platform may remove content or limit features at any time and we cannot control that.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You give us permission to store and send them only so we can publish them where you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to everything in your videos including music. Do not upload anything illegal or hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.
AI suggestions
AI written titles and descriptions and hashtags are suggestions. Review them before you post since you are responsible for what gets published.
Your connector link
Your Claude connector link works like a password. Keep it private. If it leaks press Make a new link in your dashboard.
Availability
We work to keep Post Once running but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. The service is provided as is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform's rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you before it takes effect.
