Delete your data

Delete everything yourself

Log in and open your dashboard. Scroll to the bottom and press Delete everything. Your account and every saved platform token and every uploaded video and your post history are erased immediately.

Disconnect one platform

Press Disconnect next to that account in your dashboard. The saved access for that platform is deleted right away. You can also remove Post Once from inside the platform. On Instagram go to Settings then Website permissions then Apps and websites. On Google go to the Google security settings page. On TikTok go to Settings then Security then Manage app permissions. When Instagram tells us you removed the app we delete your Instagram data automatically.

Ask us to do it

Email luckydeveloper@ciitconsulting.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We will erase it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What stays

Videos you already published stay on Instagram and YouTube and TikTok. Delete them on each platform if you want them gone.
