Post Once.

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 2, 2026

Post Once is a tool that lets you upload a video once and publish it to Instagram and YouTube and TikTok. It is operated by Sai Karthikeya Cherukuru. This policy explains what we collect and why and how you can remove it. You can reach us at luckydeveloper@ciitconsulting.com.

Two ways to run it

You can run Post Once on your own computer or use a hosted copy. When it runs on your own computer everything below is stored only on that computer and we never receive it. When you use a hosted copy it is stored on that server.

What we collect

DataWhy we need it
Your email and a hashed passwordTo create your Post Once account and let you log in. We never store your password in readable form.
Access tokens from Instagram and Google and TikTokTo publish videos to the accounts you connect. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before they are saved.
Your account ID and display name and profile picture on each platformTo show which account a video will be posted to.
Videos you upload with their titles and descriptions and hashtagsTo publish them where you choose and to show your posting history.
Links and status of each postTo show you whether each post went live.
A session cookieTo keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not read your messages or followers or comments or analytics on any platform. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the features you ask for. A video is published only when you press Post or ask Claude to post it through your private connector. Post Once never posts on its own.

Who we share it with

Your video and its caption go to the platforms you select when you post. If you use the Write with AI button we send the text you typed to Anthropic so its Claude model can suggest a title and description and hashtags. We do not send your video or your tokens to Anthropic. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.

Google and YouTube data

Post Once uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your YouTube channel. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

We request permission to upload videos and to read your channel name. We use it only for those two things. Post Once's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train AI models. Humans do not read it unless you ask us for support or the law requires it.

You can revoke Post Once's access at any time from the Google security settings page or by pressing Disconnect in your dashboard.

Instagram and TikTok data

For Instagram we request permission to read your basic profile and publish content. For TikTok we request permission to read your basic profile and publish videos. You can remove access from inside each app at any time or press Disconnect in your dashboard.

How long we keep it

Uploaded video files are deleted from our servers 30 days after upload. Platform tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect an account. Everything else is kept until you delete your account.

Deleting your data

Press Delete everything at the bottom of your dashboard to erase your account and tokens and videos and history right away. You can also email us and we will do it within 30 days. See the data deletion page for details. Videos already published stay on each platform and you can remove them there.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Video links are random and hard to guess. No system is perfectly secure but we work to protect your data.

Children

Post Once is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If the change is significant we will email you.
